I get my xylitol here and flours,+recipe website

I do not use any wheat product,
or diary etc /
I use barley flour, and oat flour mainly.

remember that xylitol CANNOT be used in recipes that call for yeast.

I substitute ALOT of recipes to fit in with my food choices.
