Re: Sinus Infection.. What to do?

My sinus recurred just in 2 weeks. Inspite of taking anti-biotics (ABX). I had an argument with my doc as he wanted to give me more ABX. I refused to take ABX. Went to a health food store and got Grapefruit seed Extract. (GSE). I made a nasal spray ( 1/4 cup of boiled water) + 2-3 drops of GSE. using a nasal spray, I added that to both my nostrils. Felt much better in a day or 2. Continue using this 5 days. ( do it 3-4 times a day). After that, u can switch to saline spray. I also applied some EV Coconut oil to both my nostrils to sooth my nostrils. You can give it a try and let me know if it helps. Try to avoid ABX. They have given me a lot of grief, inspite of being a very health concious person Tweet
