Sinus Infection.. What to do?

I have had a sinus infection now for over a month. I told the doctor I did not want any Antibiotics because I knew it would upset my digestive system terribly and get my candida going even worse. The problem is, now my sinus infection has gotten much worse, so I don't know what to do. I'm about to break down and take the Antibiotics . Are there any of them that would bother me less or would they all make the candida worse about equally? I can't continue to have this sinus infection the rest of my life. Thoughts appreciated. Thanks!
