Try This. Eat alot of pineaple and papaya and use a good quailty digestive enzyme while your body gets retrained to digest these foods. Also juice veggies alot in the beginning. It doesn't take too long to get your body up to snuff in this regard. The biggest thing is the will to do it...the ways will follow suite. *wink*
This is more of a pancrease issue from years on a SAD diet. Also eating too much protien and starch is hell on your enzymatic reserves.
In the begining transition, see what veggies you digest better than others. This will give clues as to how to tweak and stimulate things favourably.
A raw vegan diet creates negative entropy (expanding life). Take note...animals don't cook foods. Do a google on the Pottenger studies for some revealing data concerning cooked vs raw.
