Re: oral thrush / late stages

thanks, but believe me, i plan on being well by this summer. it will not take me years to get better. i have already seen major improvement. i have very minimal symptoms because i do not eat any Sugar at all except for the Sugar that is in very low carb veggies, like cabbage, green beans, broccoli, etc. i will be well by the summer - there is no doubt in my mind. i am also rotating antifungals, taking vitamins and replenshing minerals that have been depleted. i also get reflexology treatments now and shiatsu massage to help stimulate the immune system and organ functioning. i am starting to expell dead yeast threads in the toilet. had a six inch long one a few days back. i am making serious progress and suspect that the oral thrush is do to poor digestion and die off. i got the digestion under control this week through enzymes and p and b shakes.

if some of the people on here didn't eat things like carrots and bananas and other high Sugar foods, they would recover quicker as well. some people prefer slow progress so they don't have to go through extreme die off...but not me. i would rather suffer through die off for a few months and get better faster, than take things slow and continue a restricted diet for years. it is all a matter of preference in my opinion. my protocol is solid and i am sticking to it!!

thanks for the encouragement!
