oral thrush / late stages

anyone get oral thrush months into treatment? i have just gotten my first case of oral thrush. i have been treating candida for 4 months now and this is the first i have seen of it and it is really freaking me out. i am dieting extremely strict, rotating antifungals, taking probiotics and vitamins...but my digestion all of the sudden has been a wreck for a month now, following an acv enema...and now today the thrush pops up! am i getting worse and not better? can thrush occur as a die off symptom?
