Re: Why most carbohydrates and simple sugars cause Candida-Yeast/Fungus problems!!

So are you saying Sugar and other simple carbohydrates are fine for a person with an intestinal candida overgrowth as long as the person takes adequate amounts of alkalizing minerals? Ok, it's been quite a while since I've had a big piece of pecan pie. In fact, make that a big ol' slab of pecan pie ala mode, topped with french vanilla Hagen Daz ice cream. How mgs of magnesium, calcium, or sodium do I need to ingest so I don't upset my delicate condition?
