I agree with what you say. Are you familiar with Cell Food? I use this and find it has helped me alkalize. It is dissolved oxygen, trace minerals, plant source amino acids and enzymes. I wish I had purchased PH strips long ago so I could see how bad my ph used to be, but recently got some and suspect my results are not too bad now probably due to the Cell Food. My saliva ph is almost always at 7.4. Urine I have a bit more trouble with; it is at 6.25-6.5 most of the time, but I have seen a few breakouts into the 7's range when I am feeling especially well.
