Hi Johnna!
Welcome to the group. Our nanny had gallstone problems since she was
13 years old. She was in the hospital emergency room for the pain
many times. One day... 2 1/2 years ago she came to me and told me
she had to have a $6000 operation to remove her gallbladder. I gave
her the FLUSH information and she did a flush immediately.
Yes, this is only ancedotal... She has not had a twinge of pain or
discomfort from her gallbladder since that time. She repeated the
flush 4 weeks later. I kept asking her how she was doing... her
response was that she was getting fat because she coukld eat whatever
she wanted without ANY problems.... Milk gave her a little
diahrea... but lactose seemed to cure the problem. She flushed again
six months ago just to keep the gallbladder clear.
I believe that a young person has a much greater chance of completely
healing their gb... IF they make the right changes to their diet and
flush once a year. Heed Dale's words of wisdom... read as much as
you can from this site...
Healing the gb will not happen for everyone. Calcified stones will
break down and pass in a flush, BUT they are much more difficult to
deal with than sludge! Hopefully you are just full of sludge and it
can easily be removed with a flush

Hi gang!
Just wanted to let you know the results of the mini-flush...
A few weeks back I was headed to Europe and feeling great! I had had
NO problems for 3-4 months since my last full flush.
My Step-Mom, a fellow gb sufferer, was also feeling terrific...
BUT we both decided to mini-flush in order to insure that all the
sludge was gone...
The mini-flush consisted of 1 1/2 day apple juice, 1/4 of the
disodium phosphates and a full 3/4 cups of olive oil at night time.
Both of us produced results of only brown chaff.
Both of us began to experience gb symptoms... Mine were classic
discomfort under the right rib cage and pain in the shoulder balde
area.
Her's were stomach upsets, pain under the right rib cage... gas so
bad that she went to the ER two weeks later. She went from feeling
great... to almost having emergency surgery to have the gb removed.
Two nights ago she had a brief attack and felt something moving in
her gb... Instantly she felt 1000% better and has since had NO
problems.
My symptoms have almost all disappeared 3 weeks later. I felt like I
could have an attack at any time, and almost fainted at a basketball
game as if felt ike one was starting.
The bottom line... If I do another flush, I won't skimp on the
laxatives (disodium posphate or
Epsom Salts ). It seems that our mini-
flushes only served to clog up our ducts.
I read this on other posts where people did a flush and had negative
results. It seem's that the body MUST be completely flowing in order
for the gb to properly spit out its sludge!
I may skimp on the days of apple juice... but not on the laxatives to
keep everything flowing... Maybe the epsom slats do help open up the
ducts!?
Just say NO to mini-flushes and do it right each time!

I did my third flush.
In the morning, the first round, I was a little bit curious
about the green pearls. This is the first time I am seeing
them in my life. There were not too much of them, so I
collected some 10-15. The second round, two hours later,
there were much more stones, and among them bigger ones. All
of them green. The biggest was about 1.5cm x 1 cm x 0.5 cm.
There were tens of them of the size of 2-3 mm in diameter.
But these bigger ones really made me confused. I am still in
shock. This third FLUSH was a definite success in comparison
to the first two FLUSHES.
As far as I know, I still have the one of the 2.53 cm inside
(1 inch). Who knows, maybe one of the next times. I must
underline, that I had no pains, no nothing. I had a quiet
night, and I slept as much as I could. I am a little bit
exhausted today, and sleepy. But happy.
My health is improving. I remember the first time, I had to
pay attention to proper body positioning, while sleeping, in
order not to 'disturb' the stones. I also remember, the
first time I did the FLUSH, I turned my head to the right,
and it was an easier position. Turning it to the left on the
pillow, made me uncomfortable. Now I can sleep in any
position I want. And only a few weeks ago, I was sentenced
to only one position. On my back, and only a little bit to
the right.
I will start to collect the pearls from nowadays on.
:-)
I wish everyone a good luck a good health,
Let God be with us all,
Simon

I would like to add to my previous posting, that this time,
I guess accidentally, or by intuition, I used a little bit
more of olive oil and lemons. I mixed 2 dl olive oil, with 5
lemons. There was more oil then lemon juice. I believe there
was about 1.5 dl lemon juice.
In total, it makes 3.5 dl of emulsion. I remember, this time
it was a little bit more difficult to me to swallow all
that. Also, a difference this time, is the fact that I used
the Zapper. I just was not in the mood to experiment with
frequencies, voltages and currents. This Zapper has a
frequency of approximately 35 kHz. And a pretty flat square
output.
I believe, the first time, the body was busy getting rid of
toxins. I experienced a sensation of fog in the head. Second
time it was all easier, no fog. Third time, I believe the
body was used to this experience, and engaged in dealing
with stones, and not toxins. I am exhausted today. I took a
walk, and I do need a couple of days to recover. I think
I'll start some light weight lifting, in order to strengthen
the body. To be able to undertake future FLUSHES.
I mentioned I had went to the toilette 2 times in the
morning, and 1 more time in the afternoon. The first one,
there were a couple of bigger stones, and a number of
smaller.
The second one, there were lots more stones, a large number
of small ones, and a couple of larger ones, the biggest
about 1.5 cm in diameter.
The third time, I only had a couple of stones, but all of
them were large, and in comparison with those before that
were green, these were a little bit yellow. I think I'll
have to visit the toilette once more today.
Have a good time folks,
Simon

I am sorry I am a little bit late with this post. Well, I
would like to add one more posting to this 3rd FLUSH
episode, and end the 3rd FLUSH tread.
I had another visit to the toilette. I thought there won't
be any more stones, but was I wrong. This time, the stones
were Yellow, and more then a half of them were heavy, that
means sank down. There were not many, but were bigger in
size. Again, the biggest one was about 1.5 cm in diameter.
Today, everything's back to normal, no more stones. The
stole is not liquid any more. I have recovered and started
to lift weights. Took a couple of walks.
I must underline, that I showed the stones to my aunt, and
she refused to believe me that those were gallbladder
stones. I warned her, not to open the lid of the box,
because of the unpleasant smell, but she did. Even today,
she is in a shock. She can not believe what happened. And
when I recall the time of a few weeks ago, when my father,
who is a doctor, claimed there is no alternative to surgery
... I am happy that I found the Gallstones FLUSH recipe of
Dr. Hulda Clark . What a great person she is to make the
recipe available to all of us. Lots of thanks and love to
Dr. Clark.
I wish you all the best,
Simon

Subject: [gallstones-testimonials] Successful 1st flush
Hi everyone,
I am a newbie to your board. Wanted to let you know that I just did
the liver and gallstone flush this past weekend. Dr Hulda's program
absolutely works!
I followed the program exactly as outlined by Dr Hulda. After reading
many of the testimonials on this board, I was really dreading what the
Epsom Salt mixture would taste like. I must say, I think some people
exaggerated how unpleasant the mixture would be. I have tasted much
worse when I had to take some bowel prep solution (had to swallow a
gallon of the stuff) for some surgery I had a few years back. Also,
the lemon and olive oil mixture wasn't bad - I didn't gag whatsoever.
I was a little disappointed when I only passed one small stone after
two trips to the bathroom in the morning. I passed several more
stones and chaff on the third trip to the bathroom - dark green and
light green. I did a coffee colema at about 12:30pm in the
afternoon, and this is when I got hundreds of stones - various colors
dark green, light green, tan - I also got more chaff. My biggest
stone was nearly ½" in diameter. I was a little weak in the early
afternoon - maybe from just passing all of the stones or from toxins
being released in my system. Anyway, after a little rest, I had a
late lunch of vegetables and a little pasta (I know this wasn't
approved, but I couldn't resist) with my husband in the afternoon.
Anyway, feeling much better today. I am looking forward to doing
another flush in a 3 months or so.
** Thanks to all of you for posting your testimonials ** It was great
being able to read and understand the experiences of others and know
what to expect.
Regards. Sheila

Olive Oil Treatment for Gallstones
by Dr. D. Koh
Dept. of Social Medicine and Public Health
National University of Singapore, Lower Kent Ridge Road, Singapore 0511.
Koh reports here a case of spontaneous passage of multiple cholesterol gall-stones after self-treatment with olive oil and lemon juice.
It is estimated that Gallstones are present in approximately 15% of adult females and 6% of adult males, and its prevalence increases with age. Although it is generally agreed that there is a need for surgical treatment, in patients with cholelithiasis who develop complications, the treatment of 'silent stones' is controversial.
At present, the application of drug treatment of cholelithiasis is relatively expensive and limited, usually for those unfit for surgery, with small radiolucent stones, and without history of complications.
Other methods of treatment of gall stones have also been described. Kurtz and Classen have reported that treatment for common bile duct stones may include endoscopic removal and lithotripsy, and gallstone dissolution by irrigation procedures.
CASE REPORT
The patient, a 32-year old Indian male, insurance salesman, had a 3-year history of epigastric pain and colicky right hypochondrial pain whenever he took fatty meals. Physical examination was unremarkable and a barium meal study showed no evidence of gastro-oesophageal reflux or hiatus hernia, and no evidence of gastric or duodenal ulcer. However, the plain abdominal X-ray revealed multiple radio-opaque gallstones.
The patient was advised surgery for cholelithiasis, but was not enthusiastic about the idea. He returned the following day with news that he had attempted a self-cure for the Gallstones using olive oil and lemon juice. According to him, after fasting from noon, he took one pint of olive oil and lemon juice at 7 p.m. He then went to sleep on his right side. At about 2 - 3 a.m., the following morning, he felt a churning sensation in the abdomen. At 5 a.m. he passed out oily stools which he collected in a strainer. Upon washing the stools, he found numerous smooth stones.
Analysis of two of the stones showed them to be greenish, smooth and soft,
measuring 15 x 12 x 5 mm and 10 x 6 x 3 mm, respectively.
The stones were found to consist entirely of cholesterol.
TREATMENT
P.Airola in his book How to Get Well has described an 'oil cure' for removal of gallstones, using raw natural unrefined vegetable oils of olive, sunflower or walnut, while Roberts has prescribed a specific dosage of 1 pint of olive oil and the juice of 8 to 9 lemons. The patient is required to take 4 tablespoonfuls of olive oil followed by 1 tablespoonful of lemon juice at 15-minute intervals. This is to be started in the evening after fasting from lunch time, and the gallstones are expected to be passed out within 24 to 48 hours.
This form of treatment has been largely promoted by non-physicians, but a doctor from Canada (Kotkas L.J.) has reported that 95% of cases he saw this treatment used on passed out gallstones.
This treatment is non-invasive, and numerous stones measuring up to 15 mm could be passed out. As the olive oil cure could perhaps prove to be a relatively inexpensive alternative to costly conventional drug treatments, it is suggested that controlled and supervised studies could be considered to explore the safety and efficacy of this mode of treatment for gallstones.
Salty Sayings
The doctor is more to be feared than the disease.
Often while the doctors consult, the patient dies.
He is the best physician that knows the worthlessness of most medicines.
The cure, my son, may be far worse than the disease
God heals and the doctor takes the fee.
One doctor makes for another.
A poor patient between mercenary doctors is like a fish between two cats.

Dear Everyone
I have been reading this page for almost a year after discovering it
on a search of the web. I have gallstones and was hospitalised two
years ago when one got stuck in my bile duct and caused jaundice.
Since that time I have radically changed by diet, and by doing so
lost
a lot of weight, as well as changing my career to one less stressful
as I found I could not and did not even want to cope with too much
stress in my life. I have had few gallstone attacks since then the
last being September 2000.
I read with interest descriptions of flushes and people's experience
of them, however I was very nervous and scared of doing it myself.
However last Friday I finally did my first flush and found it to be
so
easy and so comfortable. I have passed about 150 stones so far the
biggest being approx 3cm by 1.25cm. There was absolutely no pain or
discomfort. I am being gentle on myself this weekend (so far got
through one and a half books!) and feel fine.
I'd like to thank everyone on this site for being such a help and a
comfort to me.
My very best wish

I started my first gallbladder cleanse 9 hours ago.
9:00 AM: Ate rice pasta, cauliflour and blanched red chard. Drank Pau d'Arco tea.
6:00 PM: Drank Epsom Salt water solution. (3/4 cup dissolved in water)
8:00 PM: Drank Epsom Salt water solution. (3/4 cup dissolved in water)
8:15 PM: Ran to the bathroom several times with diarrhea. The noodles, red chard and cauliflour from this morning came out also.
9:30 PM: Diahrrhea from Epsom salt solution ended.
10:00 PM: Drank olive oil/grapefruit mixture, (1/2 cup of organic grapefruit juice; 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil) and then lied down
in bed.
11:00 PM: Ran to the bathroom with diarrhea. The olive oil/mixture came out along with three clumps of dark green sludge. Did not get
any stones. I'm writing this at 3:00 AM and my digestive system is calm.
Is a lot of diarrhea from the Epsom salt normal? I was also
wondering what I could do to kill the nasty taste. Fruit juice?
Ascorbic acid?
Most of my olive oil/grapefruit juice mixture passed through one hour
after I drank it. Was that normal?
Has anyone experienced the clumps of sludge? I'm guessing it was
just some wayward fecal matter.
Thanks.

No sooner than I clicked the send button that I passed some stones at
3:06 AM! There were about 50 on the surface, the longest being
3/16'' of an inch. The flashlight really helped locate stones. They
basically lit up as the light hit them on the surface.
My mother's side seems to have a history gallstone problems. And at
37 I am so thankful for this group; hoping to avert any downtime due
to gallstone attacks in the future.
Thanks to all the people who contribute to this group. And for all
the valuable insight and information.

After 64 yrs my gall bladder is still my friend & hasn't turned on me
Hi from Joe:
As part of the treatment & recovery from a diabetic coma, I had a sonogram of the gall bladder run, had 3 'stones' too big to go thru the plumbing.
Found later after REPEATEDLY refusing surgery
[since there were no related symptoms]
that sonograms can't tell density nor stiffness.
Per DR. Wallach - 97% of all gallstones will deform & pass thru by using the oil process.
Mine did. After 64 yrs my gall bladder is still my friend & hasn't turned on me as the [incompetent] surgeons predicted.
Bye.
