Re: Sore stomach
I very sorry about your mom, that sort of stress would understandably set you back.
She hasn't recommended anything for the liver yet, when she does I'll definately tell you what she says. The Hepaguard Forte is very good, I'd definately carry on taking it. She did say to eat one crisp green apple a day, it helps the liver. That's the only fruit allowed.
I take thyroxine for the hypothyroid and my nutritionist has me take selenium and thyroid glandulars for it as well. She has me take licorice for the adrenals, adrenal glandular, Magnesium Pantothenate (Vitamin B5) - by biocare, Magnesium Ascorbate (vitamin C)by biocare. Have you looked into hypothyroid and adrenals? It's common in people with candida, especially if you have suffered ftom stress.
I'm not sure about that gland thing in permavite, I'll try and found out what it is for you. Do you know if you have any
food intolerances /sensitivities? They can cause stomach/bowel pain and discomfort.
What is your candida protocol? Maybe I can give you some advice seeing as I am lucky enough to have had nutritionist treat me. I was very strict with the diet, I found that different people had different ideas about what's allowed on the candida diet.
What are your main symtpoms?
£60 is about $120! That's what they all charge here, and there's not many colon therapists around! I'm too scared to do home enemas!!
:o)
