you can make your own yogurt. that is the best way to go if you are going to eat it and sweeten with stevia. when it turns to yogurt it converts the lactose (milk sugar) to lactic acid which is good. but some people are allergic to casein which is a protein found in all milk from mammals. if you don't react to it then you should be ok since all the sugars are gone. but beware...it gets addicting and it can constipate you. i was making it all the time and i got addicted to it cause it was the one thing that actually tasted like dessert once i put the stevia in it. i cut it out all together because i go overboard on certain things when i really like them which isn't good. i did the same thing with nuts - i would eat them all day long and now i am reacting to them so i no longer eat those.
