First time in having it (and hopefully the only) but apparently I've had it for 10 years according to the results of a test my naturopath did.

No Yeast or derivatives of
No Dairy
No
Sugar or derivatives of (eg tom puree, mustard, soy sauce etc)
No Mushrooms
No Caffeine/alcohol
NO NUTS (v occasionally freshly cracked almonds)
V limited amounts of oatmeal porridge
Eating mostly meat & fish with veg (roast/steamed/raw). organic hoummous, guacamole, home-made soups, mince, mild curry, millett porridge, scrambled eggs (just egg) and omlettes, home-made pesto (no cheese) etc..
Supplements
Berberine and grapefruit seed
candiabactin
milk thistle
chromium polynicotinate
caprylate
multivitamin
similase (enzymes)
Probiotics
2 months ago I showed a 75% reduction in levels and I'm currently awaiting another test which is meant to be the last. I'd say the key so far has been' be very very strict with diet' and take all supplements. The moment you make a mistake, you set yourself back days/weeks. LONGING to get rid of it.
