Sound like candida to me. The amoutn of diflucan you took most likely killed off what was in your throat, but it is a much harder task to kill what has been living in youre intestines. Some of us struggle for a year or more trying to rid ourselves of it. All your symptoms are common to candida and are ones I have personally had. Candida is not something to play around with. Get on a diet, take an antifungal, take it seriously. The sooner you address it the faster your success will be. The longer you take , the more of a foothold it will get on you and it gets harder and harder to get rid of. Just so you know , you would most likely need to be on diflucan for 6 months or longer to kill what is in your intestines. Your intestines are a much suited environment for candida and they will thrive there.
Good Luck
