Any Advise please?

My symptoms (sore throat, fatigue, arthritis, muscle pain, dry lips) started after a course of strong Antibiotic .Last year ,(after many Antibiotics because of the sore throat) my M.D took from my throat a throat swab and the lab found out that my throat was full with Candida so he put me to Diflucan and Dactarin for a month. At the same time I was reading about the Candida Syndrome and the Candida Diet .So I followed the strict diet (low carb.no sugar, no wheat e.t.c) .After two months I had another throat swab that showed that my throat was clean from Candida but my health did not have any improvement. Since then I have been sick ( the same symptoms) except the sore throat that is in some days mild and others it does not exist .I forgot to say that all the blood exams were OK ,(Thiroiditis, IGg, IGa , HIV, Mononucleosis e.t.c) except the ASO Titer (for streptococcus) was 400 but my M.D said to me that was nothing.

Μy question is: May I have something else? Not Candida.
Any advises please? (Tests or anything else)
