My symptoms (sore throat, fatigue, arthritis, muscle pain, dry lips) started after a course of strong Antibiotic .Last year ,(after many Antibiotics because of the sore throat) my M.D took from my throat a throat swab and the lab found out that my throat was full with Candida so he put me to Diflucan and Dactarin for a month. At the same time I was reading about the Candida Syndrome and the Candida Diet .So I followed the strict diet (low carb.no sugar, no wheat e.t.c) .After two months I had another throat swab that showed that my throat was clean from Candida but my health did not have any improvement. Since then I have been sick ( the same symptoms) except the sore throat that is in some days mild and others it does not exist .I forgot to say that all the blood exams were OK ,(Thiroiditis, IGg, IGa , HIV, Mononucleosis e.t.c) except the ASO Titer (for streptococcus) was 400 but my M.D said to me that was nothing.
Μy question is: May I have something else? Not Candida.
Any advises please? (Tests or anything else)

This is a reply to # 297,413Sound like candida to me. The amoutn of diflucan you took most likely killed off what was in your throat, but it is a much harder task to kill what has been living in youre intestines. Some of us struggle for a year or more trying to rid ourselves of it. All your symptoms are common to candida and are ones I have personally had. Candida is not something to play around with. Get on a diet, take an antifungal, take it seriously. The sooner you address it the faster your success will be. The longer you take , the more of a foothold it will get on you and it gets harder and harder to get rid of. Just so you know , you would most likely need to be on diflucan for 6 months or longer to kill what is in your intestines. Your intestines are a much suited environment for candida and they will thrive there.

I agree with Michelle. Your throat might be okay, but your gut will still host candida. Carry on with the diet + cod liver oil, lecithin, magnesium and vitamin B C and E... and do a bowel cleanse. Here is a good one the P & B Shake: //www.curezone.org/blogs/m.asp?f=308&i=25

This will sound strange, but I have done this. You will want to do research in the URINE THERAPY forums so you learn a bit more, but if you place a few drops off YOUR OWN urine directly into your eye, you should be able to recover from this rapidly.
The simple breakdown:
Your urine is a mixure of urea and filtered blood. YOUR filtered blood. The blood that has the exact antibodies and healing properties for the EXACT problems inside your body.
I did UT internally and my diagnosis magically went from Cancer to Candida.

You did not say if your were still having throat problems. If you have a 400 count (I don't know the reference range on your lab result) of streptococcus or other bacteria, it could mean you have a lingering infection, even though your dr says it's nothing. I would take that seriously and maybe get a second opinion. One time I had a rare form of aerial staff infection in my throat, and thinking it was just a cold or candida symptoms I kept taking my probiotics, echinacea, vit C, etc. and it never really went away. Even a low-grade infection can take your immune system off candida duty in order to fight it. Then the candida in the gut gets out of control.

I would get a second opinion from another MD about that 400 count streptococcus result. I don't believe that is "nothing." This is a serious bacteria that will grow and make you really sick again. Get another opinion and throat swab from a different M.D. This lingering streptococcus infection can cause a secondary infection of candida in the throat and elsewhere in the body.
