hey there...well i successfully did an acv enema...

i don't know how i did that coffee enema and yes somehow i was able to hold 1 quart and i did so for ten min too! now after doing an acv, i have no clue how i did the other one. i was just following the recipe from curezone - it said 4 cups of water which is one quart. the vinegar recipe said to use two quarts!! maybe just to dilute it more but why not just do one quart and one tblspn instead of two and two. this time i did two tblspns in one quart...maybe it was too strong.

this time i was barely able to hold a cup and only for a couple of minutes if that even. and i had a LOT more come out of me this time too than i did from the coffee enema. very strange - but probably why i could hold more liquid last time...cause i was pretty empty to begin with. i could tell this one was much harsher...it took a lot out of me. i feel great after i drink acv in water so i figured i would try it since so many others are having great results with it.

i have to be a little graphic and tell you it smelled horrible!!! almost like burnt rubber or something - which kinda made me nervous. i wonder how safe these things really are. i waited for about three hrs after dinner to be sure most of my food was digested but maybe it was still too soon. who knows but i guess i will have to wait and see how i feel tomorrow. it is close to 11 pm here so i think after i sleep i will be able to determine if it was a success or not.
