If you're one of the lucky ones who can eat yogurt and granny smith apples, try this:
8 oz. PLAIN yogurt
1/2 gs apple, chopped
dash vanilla
few drops stevia
Mix all this stuff together and eat with raw sunflower seeds (separate). I wouldn't do this everyday though.
You can make it with or without cinnamon. cinnamon is supposed to be good for fighting candida, too. Or if you can tolerate strawberries in place of apples, crush 3 and mix in.
