organic eggs, omelete with veggies in it but no cheese, homemade yogurt with flaxseed oil in it, raw cut up veggies, or a veggie juice drink with some ground flaxseed in it, or i usually just drink a store bought veggie/probiotic drink called green vibrance alone or along with one of these - it helps my digestion since it has enzymes in it.
i actually made guacamole recently too with avacodo, tomatoes, jalepenos, onions, fresh chopped garlic, lemon or lime, cilantro, salt and pepper, and i dip chopped veggies in it as a snack. you can prepare this the night before and eat it for breakfast too if you want. avacodo is pretty filling so it may help with hunger.
