I´d recommend the millet, quinoa and amaranth as corns. As I read, while being flaked they go through a processe with a treatment that won´t be helping your Candida. If you buy the corns, cook them for an hour (I do that before going to take a shower or in the evening before and than just reheat it the next morning). Instead of rice milk you can also just use soy milk. My favourite snack is to heat up frozen berries and put them on a yoghurt (no low-fat) with lemon juice over it. For the nights I usually do selfmade popcorn occassionally with boiled butter & Seasalt on top.
