I also have come to that conclusion. I only have 2 supplements that I take now and I am focusing on good quality whole food for the rest. I spent many years taking every supplement I came across and can't say I got a lot of results from them, and lost a lot of money in the process. The only one that gave me a dramatic improvement in a lot of my symptoms was fish oil, but I now use cod liver oil instead. I don't think that our bodies are programmed to use synthetic vitamins very efficiently.
