i started out taking 1 veggie cap for breakfast - and 2 at lunch.
i did this for about 3 weeks.
now, i am able to take just 1 for bfast and 1 for lunch.
i ate (actually overate) pasta, bread and cereal - just kept away from a few things i found bothered me like fruit and fruit juices.
it is interesting and exciting to note -
now, at about 4-5 weeks, i have found that i can drink a glass of fruit juice with no problems. so, i suspect i can add back fruit also.
i will try this at some point in the future.
