The 80 20 percent is correct as far as i know. All I did was copy and apste what i read. IN any event , it seems fairly simple. Most of the alkanizing foods are common sense foods that are good for you. I did notice that some of the charts are not correct. They list pumpkin seeds as acid but then they add it to their alkanizing vitamins. I am sure they would not add it if it was acid.
I can see how there are alot of discrepancies. I am excite dbaout this though. I think this will work. It makes sense. Oddly I have been eating alot of foods that are acidic. Chicken eggs, protein , I am going to be cutting some if it out for sure.
