Re: Prettysoulful: How bad is the die off?

Well, actually, the molybdenum breaks down the toxins that cause the die-off effect. It is also one of the things that is believed to cause the 'brain-fog' effect and lethargy. While you may have some physical effects from using it, overall you should just begin to feel more clear-headed and energetic.

I use a liquid form, I add it to water or juice, and that's it. I use more than is recommended on the bottle to follow the protocol that works. The one I use is sold on iHerb.com. I haven't seen many moly's available in the stores, except the one by Solgar, and it is a tablet that has Casein as a binder, so I can't use it.

I hope it helps, but do try it. Give it a couple of weeks, and see if it helps.
