well they are definitely visible but not large. probably about a quarter of an inch long. i have fished them out of the water before and they almost look like vaginal tissue...quite possible could be but i definitely NEVER had these before i got ill. they look almost like a tiny piece of toilet paper or something floating around. and whenever i eat something bad (for breakfast today i ate a ton of baby carrots and nothing else - i think too sweet for me) i sometimes start to get vaginal pain/pelvic pain and just funny feelings in the groin area. i had that those weird feelings today and then sure enough i checked my pee and there were those tiny little white stringy things floating around...they aren't quite mucous because they are a bit fibrous. i thought about getting them analyzed by a urologist but i never did. especially since you probably need a fresh sample. what worries me is i get them when i am doing worse, not better, so it makes me think it is not good that i am expelling these things from my body.

i never get full fledged yeast infections...i have no thrush, no vaginal itch at all - i basically get pains or discomfort in that area and i had a sort of change in tissue/swelling on the right side of vulva that never goes away, and sometimes a bit of white film externally but i do not have tons of white discharge or itch like a normal yeast infection. it is strange and hard to explain but very scary sometimes. i have never been prone to vaginal yeast though because i have taken Antibiotics tons of time growing up and never actually got a vaginal yeast infection and my sister gets one almost every time she goes on them...now i have it all through my body - go figure!

sometimes i notice different things in the toilet - even tiny little dark particles and i wonder where the heck it came from or if it was in the toilet to begin with. who knows!? sometimes i got so many weird things going on i can't tell what is pre-sick or because of being sick anymore!!

i am just very nervous because i had an abnormal pap a few weeks ago and have to go for more testing next week and i am starting to get worried something is really wrong. i hope it is just yeast but i am expecting the worst and will deal with it when the time comes. it's just another added stressor on top of all of this that i am going through.
