Re: raw veggies vs cooked veggies?

ok a veggie steamer...sounds like a good idea! i will have to get one of those. i do eat raw spinach, cauliflower, broccoli, cucumber and a few others in my salad during the week. i guess i am just really liking making huge pots of veggie soup because it is easy and it is really good and it lasts me for about a week when i make it. this diet is just so hard not because of the food itself but the preparation. that is the tough thing in my opinion. i can live without certain foods...i am just so sick of planning ahead and preparing all of the time. and i can't really afford all of the organic stuff so i do my best but don't get too picky even though i wish i would! thanks for the advice
