anal itch - parasites or candida?

I have seen anal itch listed as both a parasite AND a candida symptom. How do you know which is the culprit?

Also, would increased anal itch be a "die off" symptom?

I have been working the candida diet for 2 months now and done a paragone cleanse. I also take antifungals. Yet the anal itch, esp at night, can be unnerving.

I have seen what I think are pin worms, at times. Do I conclude that, 100%, it is them causing it? I also released what I believe were pin worms (a ton of them) in my last liver flush.

Any ideas?
