I do have some books on candida eg "Candida Albicans" by Leon Chaitow but most of the stuff I know has come from my own and others experiences (here or elsewhere) over the years. General books on nutrition are helpful with regard to symptoms of vitamin, mineral etc deficiency and also the toxic effects of excess supplementation. "The Optimum Nutrition Bible" by Patrick Holford is useful for that.
Yes gut dysbiosis in general which includes candida overgrowth means less production of B vits (which the good bacteria produce). EFA deficiency can also come about as a result of candida, or can exist prior, leaving someone vulnerable/predisposed to it. It does sound like you need them.
Mineral deficiency is very common too esp magnesium and zinc so taking a multi can be very helpful.
