Try this stuff - Xlear. You can find it at Whole Foods or online. Other stores may also carry. It is an antifungal nasal spray that contains Xylitol (a sweetener that is also an antifungal). It helped me lots with the symptoms of this problem. You are right - it won't cure it - you need to stay the long course for that, but it helps greatly, Tweet
