Please HELP!! I'm desperate.

I am almost certain that this is due to candida as so many of my other symptoms are, but I have post nasal drip something fierce. I can barely swallow at times, or even breathe. I have chronic bad breath because of it and am afraid to even get too close to girls because of it. What can I do? I tried baking soda and salt mixed in water drunk through the nose as per doctors suggestion, nada. I tried steroidal nose spray, nothing. What could I do to end this soon.
