If your candida case is like mine, sinus problems with post nasal drip were the first symptoms to come, and it looks like they will be the last symptoms to go. I had sinusitis for years, it did not respond to any allopathic treatment, including Antibiotics or steriods. Obviously the problem was yeast or other fungi living in my sinuses. The first big step is understanding that you have a candida problem. When your candida is under control chances are that your post nasal drip will improve greatly, if not disappear all together. In fact, your post nasal drip my well be your immune system's response to the candida. If so, it will take your overworked immune system several months, at least, to "cool off" after the candida has been controlled. Other may disagree, but I see no quick fix.
