Re: Trouble Swallowing
Its been about 3 years since I been battling with this, and until now, I was taking things in my own hands (since MD's were no help), but I was so overloaded with info and things to try that I was doing my body more harm than good at a point.
If you can afford, a naturopath that treats candida might be your best bet, or you really have to learn to listen to your body's needs.
I decided to go to a naturopath because I wanted to have a clear plan, and most importantly to know how my body reacts to certain things that I can't consciously pick up. He did the meridian testing, and showed my joint meridian which connected to the liver to be very weak; my small intestine is also weak, which makes sense.
He tested my supplements and I was allergic to pretty much all of them (including his supps too). That shows my body needs rest and needs to pick energy to start eliminating candida.
I am currently on some supplements which do agree with me, which plant enzymes, fish aminos to heal intestine, sunflower oil, ionic minerals (mostly magnesium chloride), phosphaline (precursor to fatty acids), seratron (5HTP), catalyn (adrenal support) and Energetix Flora (probiotics).
I also am being desensitized from ascorbic acid and acetaldehyde.
Again this is my specific regime and it seems agree with my body.
I think its imperative to have at least two bowel movements daily; I think
Liver Flush can have the most impact after successfully releasing hundreds of stones accummulated in the gallbladder and liver. I think the reason why candida is allowed to flourish is because on
Antibiotic use which kills flora (keeps those microorganisms in check) and a block in the flow of bile due to gall and
liver stones . Bile is essential to not only help break down fat and other nutrients, but also keeps the candida albicans from turning into its yeast form.
When my stool becomes very light colored it means that there's a bile blockage and doing a
Liver Flush eliminates the blockage (temporarly, but once all stones are eliminated then there should be no blockage).
My diet consists mostly of organic meats, nuts, some fruit, and plenty of vegetables.
I'm in no ways close to being candida free but at least I feel im on the right path.
