Thanks for replying to my message. I have been going back and forth in my head trying to figure out if a raw diet is the best. I really think it is in my gut. So, you eat lots of fruits? I love fruit but does it fill you up? And can't you have too much fruit? I am still trying to figure all of this out. I think I went to quickly from eating meat to trying to go raw. I think I need to first make the 20/80 vegan switch and then transition from here as I learn more raw recipes that feel more satisfying to me. Anyways, I appreciate your support!
