Hey, I am new to this forum. Actually Im new to being a vegetarian. Im trying REALLY hard to be vegan, but I feel so limited. It seems like milk and cheese are hiden in alot of foods. Actually I am bulimic, and I really was hoping this would help me stop binging and purging, but its not. Im thinking maybe I should just fast for a while, does anyone have any suggestions. I don't really know what Im asking but im lost and I need help, so any suggestions would be appreciated thanks
