The road is a long one and much like peeling an onion. I wish you the best. My daughter has added to her own success by using a probiotic that has proteolitic qualities. It's called L.Salivarius, a "cousin" to acidophilus. The other thing that she has incorporated is the long term lifestyle use of vegetable enzymes. Her progress over the last two years ahs been very good. Better breakdown of diet and less creation of mucous seems to have supported her experience. Salivarius is somewhat difficult to find in a highly stabilized form. I've posted a link that may help you.
