On the elisa test, a .35 or lower is what's considered normal. My reading was a .53 (considered a level one, which is "low," but it's definitely present). The elisa test is a blood test.

I believe my insurance covered it.

From reading your symptoms, and I'm no doctor, but it does sound more like symptoms of anxiety/ Depression than candida. But nonetheless, wouldn't be a bad idea to get a test done, at least for peace of mind.
