Hi Minime. I do share your concern, but yeast needs to be destroyed, and then balanced. Starving it would take years, and it will probably still survive. The new school of thought is to feed the 'good' guys and they will take care of the overpopulated antigens. So go with a fructose type Sugar and make sure your taking bifido-type probiotics {over indulge with them] Shroom
