I've been on the candida diet for a while, was getting a little better... Then i took the forum advice and added kefir and yogurt to my diet. Each kefir bottle has 81 grams of sugar, and i've been drinking over 1 a day. Yogurt isn't far behind (even plain yogurt has loads of sugar). I feel like shit, and i don't think its die off. I mean what is the point of going on a no-sugar diet and eating 80-120 grams of Sugar a day?
