Hi. Mmmm, yeah, Kefir. I can't tolerate it myself, but folks here seem to advocate home made (no sugar) kefir. I wish I could point you to a recipe, but if you do a search of the site, you will get plenty of hits, I'm sure. Lots of folks also make their own yogurt. But, also keep in mind that when you are dealing with candida, food intolernaces commonly surface. This may be what you are experiencing, and it may have nothing to do with Sugar content. Or, the probiotic aspect of these 2 foods may be overtaxing your liver's ability to process the resulting toxicity (from the die off), which would also make you feel like poop.
