I believe my response to Lapis was deleted by someone. I don't know if Lapis is part of this board as a board memeber or not.

I come to this board to learn all aspects of health and nutritional healing. I thought this forum was about raw foods and I consider meat to be raw also. But if Lapis frowns on this he should also keep his views on meat off this forum or retitle the forum to say vegans only or something.

I come to learn more about nutrients from Raw Foods instead of cooking these foods to destroy amino acids, digestive enzymes etc. I was only stating what I have observed and maybe the Blood Type Diet does have some substance but I only believe something until I do my own research. Thats why I am doing more research because it also says that I shouldn't drink milk but nothing about rawmilk.

To Wrenn I believe that was his board name I drink raw milk cows,goats from Grass Feed animals along with if I do eat meat from cattle that graze in feeds etc. I have't experienc any symptons in regards to this. Every one is different and you put in your body what you feel is good. One bean might be better for you then another.

But I shouldn't be discriminated coming to this board. I come to this forum again to learn the insights of all raw foods. Sorry for brining up about the part of the bible. Nobody can mention that anymore. But its good insight about eating foods. It does draw some conclusion that people have died a lot earlier from eating red meat then just eating plants/herbx. BUt enough said on that part and no more.
