Thanks for the warm welcome, i've learned so much in such a short time my brain is buzzing :D

lapis, thank you for the explanation/validation... i've been on a bit of a platau these last couple of years. tho i'm thorougly committed to my spritual evolvement i'm realizing there has been a physical component i've been missing. i suppose it's as you say & i just got used to feeling crappy.

i'm excited to see where this new diet takes me.
