Re: What seems to be helping me

Just thought I'd share what I have been doing that I think is helping. I started colonics last month and they are helping my energy levels tremendously. My therapist has me doing a daily implant that includes the following:

1/4 cup warm peppermint tea
4 Tbs. aloe vera juice (certified)
2 drops tea tree oil (pure)
6 to 8 capsules good probiotic
6 to 8 capsules garlic
Retain for 30 minutes

I use a bulb syringe to implant
I changed the recipe some for my own personal use. I omit the garlic because I have given up on the killing part of this. Sometimes instead of the probiotic capsules I mix in about 1/2 tsp. of Natrens Bifido Factor which is the best probiotic for the colon.

She does different type implants during the colonic session as well and a couple times she had done cats claw that I retain for 10 minutes. That one is a rough one, causes immediate cramping as it is causing the crudy lining to slough off. The next day I'll start to feel really toxic as it continues to slough and I do enemas to get the toxic stuff out.

I'm not well but feel better than I have in a year so I'm sticking with the colonics and her protocol.
