Have you tried eating raw cacao? It's great - tastes just like chocolate - not alone but used in recipes. Kind of bitter alone, but some people like it. I know you can buy it on the rawfood.com website. I bought some in a tiny health food store right next to Caravan of Dreams (a raw restaurant) the last time I was in in NYC. I mainly used it to make chocolate/banana smoothies! Outrageous. There's also a place online that does raw food delivery, that makes one of the most delicious things I've ever tasted, called Carob Mousse Pie. It has a thick chocolaty filling, with a date and coconut crust. It's unbelievable. You can order it from the site, and if you notice on the page, down at the bottom is a place where you can request the recipe so you can make it yourself.
