Aw! I can totally sympathize - I'm not looking forward to my first PMS without chocolate...

Just try to acknowledge to yourself that its hormonal shifts, and that your goals remain the same.

Also, I don't know why, but medjool dates always make me happy, so maybe try some of those?

Oh and - LONG HOT BATH - always helps!
