I've seen a lot of those pictures, that's microscopic and isn't really helpful to identify anything unless you're a microbiologist in a lab. I was hoping to find pics of what it looks like when it's expelled in the stool or better in a clean enema.
Glad you like that crust. I figured out a similar type of way to make crackers you might like too. It's similar to the crust but I add some sesame seeds and amaranth or buckwheat flour, and more liquid (whatever kind of milk, even water), so it's somewhere near the consistency of dough. Oil a tray and roll it out as thin as you can and then sprinkly more sesame seeds on top and press them in, as many as it'll hold. Bake till it's cooked and turn the heat down, cut them into squares and remove them onto a grill and bake longer till they're crispy. I like it with cashew butter on top but they're also good plain if you add some stevia to the mix. I usually put a tiny amount of salt in too.
