Remove the gunk and repopulate with probiotics.

This picture was taken from this forum, perhaps a month ago or so (according to the date i haev saved it). There were many others, but this one had the bulbs, the threads and the veils that I had seen previously in my stools, so I only kept this one.

P.S. Your crust recipe is pure marvel, I also do it with pumpkin seeds now (the color is a bit odd, but the effect on my health is fantastic) I put eggs + yogurt and veggies in the pie to make a quiche (French word) YUMMY!
