Please critique my diet.
A test from Great Smokies Diagnostic Lab some years back indicated that I had high levels of candida albicans, but I dont think I ever made any leeway in ridding myself of it.
My main symptoms are erratic digestion, excessive and very embarrassing gas, and
Body Odor .
I want to go back on an anti-candida diet, but want to avoid losing weight, as I enjoy bodybuilding and in the past have lost far too much weight when doing this type of diet. I am thinking of subsisiting on just fish, steak, chicken, rice, rice porridge/bread and veggies (which are not cuciferous or beans or lentils). Doesn't leave much and gives the potential for too many lbs to roll off. Is there any way I can maintain or even gain weight? And can I use whey powder? I could also use rice protein powder.
I am also concerned that I can get free-range eggs but not chicken. Is there any concern that
Antibiotic residue from the chicken will get into my system, and thus delay dealing with the problem?
Thankyou in anticipation. BTW, I think my symptoms resulted from a very high
Sugar and fat intake as a child.
