i have not tasted yet , but i got seeds to plant this year,

it is supposed to be quite nutty tasting.

also you might consider growing sprouts? from your grass seed?
Owen is quite sucessful in this and is helping me along this path.

he can tell you where to buy organic seeds specifically for sprouting, and he has a outline way that he grows them ,
that has worked sucessfully for an exceedingly long time frame.
