Do you find them to be acidic? They gave me a bit of a tummy ache.
They aren't supposed to be good for blood type O's, so I am going to try some different grains raw.
I also want to read up a bit more on food combining, because maybe oats may be ok alone raw. But I am just sick of getting a stomach ache, so I think that i am going to try some of the grains that are supposed to be alkaline, apparently, amarath, quinoa, millett and buckwheat. So..... I don't know anything about these, but I am going to investigate them!
