Special thanks to you and everyone else that took the time to help me out in beginning this journey. I am very cautious about what I eat already and most people think I'm nuts, it's a 80 mile round trip to the nearest health food store for me but with all the things I already knew about nutrition I simply refuse to pollute my body w/ more toxins; hydrogentaed crap, MSG, aspertame and all the other garbage in our local grocery stores. Is this counrty ever going to wake up to what we are doing to ourselves? Probably not, guess I'll just have to be the weird-o because I'm certainly not going to put any more trash in mine or my childrens bodies again.
