Re: I still suffer from itchy scalp too

hi jhan, i'm sorry i'm not trying to discuss this too much, but it is interesting to me.

it worries me when you say there's not much or anything that can be done about an itchy scalp. i do not believe that a healthy person should ever have an itchy scalp. but maybe you did not mean it that way.

my scalp does not itch if i fast for one day or so. or if i eat only vegetables/foods that don't bother me all the time it does not itch. this indicates that my scalp itches in response to food allergies or feeding the yeast or leaky gut, i'm not sure. anytime i eat food again that my body is not 100% ok with i get scalp itch.

if my scalp is clear one day and i eat an offending food it usually takes an hour or two before any signs of itching start. sometimes it takes 3 hours. refined Sugar would make it itch much faster.

if i had a constant source of toxicity, in my intestines i would think the itch would never stop and especially not after one day only or eating good foods only. a year ago if i avoided refined sugar, my scalp completely stopped itching, now it is more difficult to get it to stop itching. more foods cause the itch reaction. which makes sense because all of my other symptoms are worse as well. natural Sugar has never bothered my scalp, and still does not as far as i know, but i'm not having it for now because of the diet.

i feel like itchy scalp would be one of the later symptoms to go away, but should go away at some point completely.

i do understand what you're saying about having leftover toxins/matter in the intestines. maybe i do not have as much of a problem with that. i don't know.

from what i've read, if someone manages to fully recolonize the good bacteria, it should keep the bad/candida under control, unless they have a chronic illness and their immune system cannot fight back. but this takes time and very high amounts of probiotics. once the good is built up in your body and fed it should dominate and keep things under control. of course clean intestines and healthy liver would make all of the difference in eliminating these problems as well. i have done 37 liver flushes, and removed almost 8000 good sized stones.

does yours itchy scalp ever go away, ever? even if you fast?

anything i figure out about my case as i improve i will offer to people and of course you to help.
